our principal – Richard Westlake
Richard has spent his entire life involved with ..and passionate about… design and detail.
He began his working life in 1970 as an 5 year apprenticed cabinet maker in England’s furniture town High Wycombe with a parallel 5 years studying at the High Wycombe School of Furniture and Design and was awarded the Licentiate of The City and Guilds for furniture design in 1982.
Working through a successful career in the furniture industry he eventually went to the US to work to help develop and set up a UK based office furniture operation returning after the successful creation of the business in New York.
There are two focused elements – business and private clients. With over 45 years experience in the ever-changing world of interior design Richard is still passionate about everything he does and is fortunate to have a team around him that understand how important it is to get it right.
